For an account problem, describe what happened and, where possible, write from the email address you use for setcollect. Never send a sign-in link, security code or password. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots.

You can use the same address to ask about your information, request a copy or correction, or ask to close your account. We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you.
Privacy complaints
To complain about how we handle your information, use the same address. We will acknowledge within 30 days.
