Using setcollect

About these terms

These terms cover your use of setcollect, a collection-tracking website run by Michael Perez. For questions about the site or these terms, email support@setcollect.gg.

The service

setcollect helps you browse trading cards, record your collection and follow collecting goals. It is an independent collection tracker, not a marketplace.

Early Access account features are currently free. Features may develop as we learn from use. Any future paid offering will have clearly explained terms before purchase.

Account eligibility and safety

You must be 13 or older to create an Early Access account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Under-13 accounts are not supported.

Use an email address you are entitled to use and keep it secure. Sign-in links are for you alone. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Fair use

Use the service lawfully and respect others' accounts and rights. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the site, introduce malicious content or use automation in a way that harms the service.

Your collection and reference information

You can use Settings for supported account and collection preferences. Contact support to request a copy of your information or close your account; we will verify ownership and explain the next steps.

Card information and reference prices may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Prices are estimates, not guaranteed sale prices, offers or appraisals. Price guide explains the sources and limitations.

Availability and account restrictions

Maintenance, updates and external services can interrupt the site. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal concerns. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give appropriate notice, unless that would compromise security or a legal requirement.

For a material service change or closure, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and explain the available route to obtain or remove your information.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Independence and rights

setcollect is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Pokémon or any other trading card publisher. Trading card names, artwork, logos and related material belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance here does not imply ownership or endorsement. Existing source credits remain with the relevant information.

Original setcollect software, design and branding remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. Saving a card does not give you rights to its artwork.
